Two trade catalogs from Coutellerie de Qualité. The volumes are similar, but with differences: Vol. 1 includes a price list, not present in vol. 2, giving the model numbers of each knife with blanks for the prices. Vol. 2 includes a half-title page (absent in vol. 1). Also, the pagination differs between the two as does the selection of knives displayed (vol. 2 has four extra pages).
