A trade catalog illustrating more than 500 chocolate-mold figures. Fascinatingly diverse catalogue of chocolate molds produced by Létang Fils on rue Vieille du Temple in Paris. Hundreds of models presented, from the traditional Easter eggs to pistols and rifles to all manner of animals, plus puppets, harlequins, tramps, bells (naturally), cyclists, etc.
A second supplementary catalog in the same format and complementary to the first is included; 18pp. (paginated 150-168) with more than 200 figures.
The firm also offers the tools required for making chocolate. Also depicted are the firm’s factories c. 1930.
This French firm, established in 1832, is still in business today. Their website describes them as follows: “Since 1832 the reputation of LÉTANG FILS has grown steadily. It has quickly crossed the borders of France and allows today the company to have customers all over the world who appreciate the quality of these traditional French products.
